Texas is much closer than OU. OU just doesn't have it

No need for this.
OU and Texas are great editions to the SEC and valuable assets to offset the expansion of the B1G.

Even optimistic Texas fans had us sitting at 6-1 right now in the preseason due to questions at interior DL, DB & then RB injuries. So, the warning was heeded.

The SEC cannot offset the expansion of the B1G. It cannot win in the end game.

The way the last decade went for both of them, I really expected it would be the horns limping into the sec. Sark surprisingly has them playing well the last two years and it looks like the Sooners are the ones in for a rough time after Riley ran out on them.

The B1G had to spread to both coasts to stay even remotely relevant. They’re diluting their own product geographically and qualitatively in an attempt to keep up with the SEC

Football wise they aren’t

Should’ve gotten FSU and Clemson instead

FSU? The one school in CFB that makes OU look like a natty contender. Really?

You wish. I would think that the worse matchup that we could bring...maybe Miss St. vs Auburn would be a much better pull with viewers than a Purdue vs Northwestern. You guys have crap at the middle to the bottom. There is not recent history outside of Michigan, Penn St and Ohio State. The rest are mediocre at best. Your bowl records are horrible also. You are living in a biased fools world. You add So.Cal and Oregon and you think that puts you guys above the SEC....you fool...

Nice try and funny since the B1G dominates the top 5.

Spoken like someone who buys into ESPN/Finebaum propaganda. While the SEC has locked itself into its geographical sphere much as one would paint oneself into a corner, the B1G expanded nationwide. You guys cannot grow while we have added new fans, more money, better recruits, and exposure. This league is not looking to keep up but to surpass.

Lol, you just couldn't wait to post this. Along with the 25 others this weekend.
It was always coming after the first SEC loss.
I know I didn't think we would run the table, and I still think we get beat again. Just like most of you guys will....it is what it is.

Your league has a bunch of boring games also. Terrible travel situations for student athletes as well.

3 to 2 dominates? with both conferences having 1 founding member currently T5 -

Coaches Poll has 4 SEC 3 Bg10 2 ACC 2 B12 1 Independent that would make up the 12 team CFP based on this weeks rankings -

As long as Ohio State is one of those 3.

I now see Indiana rising in the polls to make the playoffs.

There’s a reason Riley ran. Texas is good enough, they just thought it’d be a cakewalk. That schedule doesn’t let up. They’re learning.
