Meh might hurt seeding later, but I rather get our usually late January into February slump out the way. I still believe in Oats and been all in for a month now.

Hey, you guys won the NC and kept the other conferences wishing they had your talent,,,repped the SEC well...so no worries my friend. You bring that Bama squad to the Swamp this year and I hope we kick the hell out of you though.

I was feeling uneasy with all the wins. The loss was good for me. More familiar emotional territory I suspect.

My only criticism was Coach Oats kept waiting for the media timeout when Sooners went on runs.
Bama left the gym with 3 timeouts.
The early run at the start of game should have led to a timeout, but I can forgive that since it was so early.
Allowing the sooner to go on the run from 40-40 to 51-40 was awful.
Sometimes the guys need a timeout to get reminded about simple things.
After the late offensive rebound, a timeout could have really set the stage for a game winning play.

Bama got outrebounded badly and it ultimately cost them the game. No excuse for it. That and some very sloppy play early on.
It did not beat Alabama, but that was a very one sided game whistle wise. And it was not the only challenge game that way. I saw some real phantom fouls called, even the announcers were puzzled.
