Coach Mo, the new DB coach, was at A&M and was very highly regarded. Great recruiter as well....

Durkin is a good but not great coach. Every year he had 1 or 2 games where our defense looked completely lost. This year it was Miami. Last year it was Mississippi State. I really wanted to like him but man he is going to cost you at least 1 game a year....

Henderson was a redshirt sophomore transfer from Fresno State who Petrino found in the transfer portal. Yes, he likes Petrino and was bummed when he left. As of now, he has indicated he wants to stay at A&M but who knows if that will stick. I was very impressed with him and hope we can keep him....

There is no way Jimbos ego and stubbornness would allow Petrino to implement anything other than Jimbos offense. I'm sure Jimbo also meddled in the playcalling as well. I have no doubt Petrino will do better with a coach like Pittman....

Big arm. Takes about 6-7 seconds to actually throw the ball. LSU fans warned us and it was worse than I thought. He got hit and sacked constantly because he just holds the ball forever.
Our 3rd string QB from Fresno State was 10x better....

Meyers and Sanders are too toxic for A&M. We usually go for safe picks. My guess would be Mike Elko who would fit the mold but I have no idea if he's a candidate.
I know it won't be Deion, Urban, Kiffin or anyone else our conservative leaders think might be controversial....

That 43 number included a bunch of walk-ons.
Depends on who we hire but Jimbo was AWFUL with the portal. The best player he got in the transfer portal in 6 years was Max Johnson. He whiffed on every other good player he pursued.
Jimbo had no clue how to use the portal. BK, Saban and Lane ran ...

At A&M the football coaching decisions are usually made above the AD level. Lots of meddling. They get to hire the women's golf coach but don't have any say over the football coach....

We got a lot of bye Felicia messages when we left for the SEC and now here we are. I suspect wherever we move to Texas will follow just to make our lives hell. We can't seem to get away from you frickers....

Whatever happens I expect Texas to try to dictate the terms and to chase off quite a few programs. Will be interesting to see what remains after Texas makes their move. Could definitely see A&M, Arkansas and a few others decide to leave and start a new conference with some ACC teams....

Don't worry the SEC won't be around for long after Texas joins. I expect it to split up within a decade. Will likely coincide with the collapse of the ACC....

Whenever he is fired it won't be soon enough. Even his die hard supporters who still believed in him after last years abysmal season have bailed. He has almost zero support among the fanbase....

After being on this site for a few years, the SEC teams that LSU fans think and post about the most are:
1. Texas A&M
2. Bama
3. Everyone else
I really liked the LSU-Florida rivalry but it doesn't get much attention from either fanbase. Was hoping that would be preserved with the realignmen...
