I am sure grandparents are eager to send their kids to murder capital of the south east.

Funny enough, I have three cousins that attend Ole Miss right now, all three have attended fraternity events in New Orleans this year.

Kinda shocked at the placement of Chiraq.

Then again, it’s not like that city has a history of reliable numbers.

Well they have the most murders by far, they just have a higher population than the rest

This is where a Democrat would point out that the Governors of the top three are Republicans.

Yes, people. I know. That’s the joke.

I think if you teach your kids to avoid being around gangs, drug dealers, and late night rap concerts, they should be able to avoid about 99%+ chances of being murdered.

If your kids haven't left the house with those lessons, might be a bit on mom and dad.

I go to New Orleans several times a year for O&G meetings. Mostly stay in Garden District and it is fine and pretty damn safe.

Now that shithole a block off Poydras and all around Bourbon.. better have head on swivel in the evening.

I went there awhile back for a work thing. I grew up 45 min from NOLA but have since moved to the Ozarks.

Everyone I worked with stayed out to all hours of the night just adventuring around, I was like nah, I'm going back to the hotel
