Or am I wrong and everyone sees the writing on the call. O is Chizik 2.0. That’s the only 2 real options here.

How did Munoz make a lateral move?? He went from an analyst to an actual assistant coaching position at Baylor.

Let me know when Jimbo earns his market value.

He is literally Jameis Winston away from being Will Muschamp.

Currently run a dynasty with numerous NC appearances.

If O shows he can continue to make the playoffs pretty regularly no matter who he hires as staff or who his QB is then I bet he gets even more money

How dumb are other teams for over paying for substandard coaching. Seems that O has set the standard for what a football team should be in CFB.

LSU has to hire some assistants too. I'm sure that O realizes that having a nice chunk of cash for that task is important and will play a role in whether he gets another contract extension down the road. He's still laughing at A&M for paying 75 million for loser Jimbo.

tamu overpaid for an over-the-hill John Chavis, and then lost their athletic director over a 10% raise.

You forgot the part where they paid a guy $75 million guaranteed to win 7 games a season

we have one A&M fan saying LSU is overpaying for Coach O and one A&M fan saying LSU isn't paying fair market value. Which one is it?

Still no answer from aggy and bama trollers
Wait....I have one.

Meanwhile, Dumbo raids FSU's Top Tier assistants.

Munoz to baylor was a move up. He went from analyst to an onfield coach.

It's gotta sting a little bit knowing the same ad (who cut his teeth at LSU) saddled A&M with a 10 year 75 million coach who averages 7 wins a year and under-paid the LSU coach right after the best season in CFB history.

Clearly he isn’t. Otherwise you wouldn’t have lost all your key assistants.

Farmer when you went to Yell Leader Tryouts, did the guys you were hoping to watch with your binoculars next Football Season not make the team. Aranda got an HC job at a Power 5 team that played in a NY6 bowl, something Aggie has not done yet. He took an Offensive analysts with him.

And as another poster noted, O is willing to make what he makes to ensure staff salaries at LSU will never be where we are not at the top of the market, or setting the market.
