Big win and emotional win by Ole Miss. UF wins this game.

Umm...the only game even remotely like The Swamp was at Georgia.. the others are neutral site. Are you new to Football? Seems like you are.

If you read my posts I mentioned UGA. He had a good and bad half. The rest are not the same hostile SEC environments like Baton Rouge, Tuscaloosa, Gainesville, Knoxville, Austin, the jungle, or even college station when they are rocking. OU is weak. A QB less LSU should have won out there last year. Starkville is barely over half some of those stadiums. Theres a reason they need cowbells. The bowl games are 50/50 and executive crowds. I think he can do it. Just saying it’s still limited seeing him do it eventhough everyone feels he’s been here forever. Ole Miss had a soft schedule last year by SEC standards. We also have to see if the old swamp is alive.

Ole Miss defense got gassed at the end of the game, and zero surprises as it was hot as hell.
If it’s really hot and humid as I expect it will be Florida has a huge advantage. Plus it’s hard to play great back to back

Buster Faulkner was an outstanding addition to their staff. It could happen.
Ole Miss is coming off a tough win against LSU and could have a little let down, and Florida is hungry. I would not be surprised if Florida wins the game. It will be a fun watch.

I see a lot of people saying this, but their receivers made some great catches against LSU and their runningback looks really good, too.
Would they take a massive blow if Chambliss went down? Absolutely, but they would still be a solid team. Far from "hot garbage".

I buy it. 6 is the most electric player in CFB, but he also needs Lacy healthy. And Baugh is that man. Florida can control games with him.

Florida appears to be improved. It I don’t think they will beat Ole Miss. Florida would have to win the turnover margin and ball out to win.

Do we have any history to look at of top 10 Ole Miss teams coming to Gainesville? History sometimes repeats itself.

Home field advantage has historically about 3 points, and supposedly is now not as valuable as it's historically been.
That would mean that UF would be favored by 0.5 points on a neutral field vs Ole Miss (possibly more if you think home field isn't as valuable as it once was), which I have a hard time buying into.
However, sportsbooks only exist because they usually get most people to bet on the losing side. If sportsbooks set truly illogical lines, then sportsbooks could not stay in business. So keep that in mind.

I think Florida's defense will be perceived a bit differently in a month or so, but the way its played so far its by far the worst unit in this game between the two teams so based on that I can't pick Florida at that 3.5pt number.
That said, with the way the LSU running game got going in the second half last week I think the UF offense will make it interesting.
We might also have Eric Singleton back, which will give Ole Miss a wrinkle no one has seen from us on film yet. If you watched him at GT with Faulkner 2 years ago he was really a go to in Buster's offense and I think we had planned on him getting a lot of targets. For him to go down week 1 early in the game forced us to change some personnel around and other guys got bigger roles. I love a lot of our role players in the WR room, but Singleton just has another gear compared to anybody in there.

Lucky this game isn't in Oxford or we'd be in the same boat as them.
