How many years until the Softball World Series is moved to a different site?

This obviously gives OU an unfair advantage. They really don’t need to have this on what amounts to their home field every year.

I realize this has likely been discussed before—just thought it was time to revisit it.

Any other championship locations LSU wants to argue against?

It was in OKC long before OU won their first national title in 2000 and didn’t win their second until 2013.

If you want to go this route, how about LSU getting a home game for their 2003 and 2007 BCS title wins?

No one gave a damn about softball until Oklahoma City stepped up. Good luck finding anywhere else in the country that will have the facilities to accommodate a softball haven like OKC has set up.

It has by far the largest softball stadium around. Its contracted to be there until like 2035 or something like that . Once OU softball comes back down to earth, this wont even be a discussion.

There is nowhere else in the Country that can can do it. It's the largest softball stadium in the America. The 2nd largest is the new one at Loves Field in Norman.

Better question is when is the softball SEC tourney coming to OKC? It's just a matter of time.

You forgot about 1958 and 2019.

LSU has 4 national championships and ALL have been won in New Orleans.

Those games rotated sites, it’s just coincidence lsu was in the game. Add 2011 and 2019.

you must be new to softball.

It’s been a gripe for years but OKC spent millions on the facility. It’s about to host th Olympics in a few years. It’s easily one of the best in the world and the WCWS is going to stay there.

I hate OU but am fine with the women's CWS in OKC. Where should it move to? Baton Rouge?

Also Oklahoma State has been a top 5 softball school the last several years and always make it to OKC. Why is this just an OU gripe?

LSU fans should be the last ones complaining about the softball situation. .

That being said... As an OU fan... I understand the frustration of other fans...

And if anybody else would bother to build a 12-14K softball stadium... I think it should be rotated around. But we all know that ain't happening...

Well, I think I'm going to reroute my trip
I wonder if anybody'd think I'd flipped
If I went to L.A. via Omaha
