My wife went to UGA for undergrad and SC for grad school.

But she's UGA all the way when they play South Carolina so I don't think that counts. And UGA doesn't play SC this year which feels kind of odd.

wife went to LSU. She doesn't follow sports and I would have to tell here who they were playing for her to know.

Wife was all for Alabama as well as my InLaws. Our kids and I are LSU fans.

She would watch the LSU/Bama games upstairs and we would watch downstairs in our den. Friendly banter was yelled out loud especially when one of our teams would get the lead. It would get hilarious at times. We miss her…RIP.

Our house is like a sliced pizza. Grandad's an Aggy who helped develop UF's vet school. Uncle played at Florida. Cousin was All-SEC at Auburn (where I graduated from). Wife is a Vandy alum. And, to make it more complicated, I'm a Texas fan.

It sure is. And, my oldest has her heart set on College Station. She throws horns down at me daily.

My lovely bride grew up 35 miles from Gainesville and was in the UF marching band. UF Grad. We met in Atlanta at a friends house. It started out as a grudge thing and blossomed into true and everlasting love. She is now a HUGE Dawg fan....was never really a Gator fan or a fan at all. At least never overtly (hard to imagine a band member not being a frothing at the mouth fan but I guess its possible). I suspect she may still pull for the Gators but she has never done so where I would know it.

Anytime she says anything negative about the Dawgs - "what the hell are they doing" that sort of thing, I accuse her of being a Gator, unless of course she is spot on and the question is legit....

The maternal side of my family are all Florida fans. I wouldn't be against marrying a fan/alum of someone other than UGA, but no way in hell you will ever see any House Divided paraphernalia.

And the only thing gayer than "House Divided" stuff is the "House United" shite.

I'm a Bama fan, wife is an LSU fan. I will pull for the Bayou Bengals when they aren't playing Bama, she has a hard time pulling for the Tide because they have abused LSU for most of their history.
