How is Ole Miss recruiting so well?

What is the school telling these kids to get them to go there? NFL Future? Beat Bama two years in a row? Does that even matter?
Are they really cheating and spending tons of money or is it starting time etc that is pulling these kids in? Is he just a good recruiter or is there other stuff going on?

This is the level OM should've always been at. Col Reb and Confederate flags were holding them back. Plus The Blind Side did a lot for visibility.
