As for the topic, I have no doubt that Kiffin will get to the playoff at LSU. If the 12 team playoff had existed his entire Ole Miss tenure, he would have made it 3 times in 6 years. While I genuinely do not believe Ole Miss to be the runt program others insist it is in the current era, there's no doubt he will have the resources at LSU to repeat that result.

How hilarious would it be if he wins a couple titles at LSU while beating Texas, then gets hired by Alabama and continues to beat Texas while winning titles there?

It's gonna be funny when LSU under Lane plays in a football championship game which is something Ole Miss has never ever done (while even Miss St has).
