Dude...Lacy was around 220 when he got to Alabama. Trent was already HUGE and TJ is also big. They're at the age where they put on weight easily and the way they lift is ridiculous. I'm not saying steroids aren't being used...but I think every team uses them.
Haha seriously. TRich and Lacy were both big backs when they got to Bama. Yeldon is the smallest, but hes still a solid 215 and the frame to add more. Every team in the SEC has guys that get bigger every year. Its called weightlifting, and they do it at 1 of the top levels in the world.

Richardson was huge even in high school. The guy lived for workouts.

So you are saying Bama only recruits backs that have been on steroids since high school?

Weak arse troll. None of em are near as big as TR. He was fn ripped coming out of high school.

Lessee here...
* Initially top-star level athletes in high school. These kids start out big and strong. Some might even say that their potential to get bigger, stronger, and faster is part of why they were recruited in the first place.
* They arrive at school where for the first time, their diets are monitored and managed more than ever before.
* They begin workouts with a true strength and conditioning coach, not just the volunteer history teacher down at the high school.
* Their workouts occur on top notch equipment, not broken down 30 year old nautilus machines - developing muscles and techniques they have never used before.
* They are pushed by their competition and the new recruits who are hungry to take their spot on the field.
* They are driven by a master motivator with a proven level of success - multiple national championships at the highest level. They know he has a track record of preparing his recruits to go to the next level, the NFL.

Nah, it can't be any of that, it must be steroids.

This is easy to answer.
Saban decended from his lofty perch to lay hands on them so they grow to the feared trio that they became...

I was just thinking the same thing. I don't know if any NFL team has two running backs on their roster as big and as ripped as Richardson and Lacy. Lacy's weight is listed as 220 which is obviously bogus. What do you think he really weighs? He legs look like tree trunks. I'd guess 245.

Is this another PED conspiracy thread. You guys need to stop this dumb shite...
Lacy out of Highschool
Lacy now.
10 whole pounds in 3 years. That is totally unrealistic. Clearly 'Bama is up to no good.
Richardson out of Highschool
Richardson in the NFL.
20 pounds in 4 years including a year in the NFL with some of the best of the best S&C programs.
Ingram out of Highschool
Ingram in the NFL
20 pounds in 5 years including 2 in the NFL.
Lacy out of Highschool

Bama does somehow manage to field the biggest beast of a running back in the nation but I really doubt that if they're juicing that nobody else is.
