Their QB play has been arse for a pretty long time, yet they keep getting these stud WRs. Is it really just money? And if so, why aren't they loading up at every position?

I don’t have much good to say about Freeze. But he can recruit wide receivers. Even if he doesn’t know how to use them once they get there. At Ole Miss he recruited Laquan Treadwell, Evan Engram, and DK Metcalf. We just didn’t realize how good they really were until they left Ole Miss and got to the NFL.
History seems to be repeating itself at Auburn.

Auburn's QB room appears to have made some serious upgrades this season.

Who has had better QB play than LSU in recent years?
The only schools with even an argument are the gumps, OSU and Oregon.

Did they just land a commitment from a highly rated WR or something?
Kinda random topic if they didn't.

I’m pretty sure Sooners have like 10 Heisman QBs in the past 20 years, maybe more.

I almost forgot about them due to how inept their offense has been under Venables.
The point is there are very few programs who can say they have the same or better QB play as LSU

Idk if Arnold is much of an upgrade, if at all. we will see. He was crap at OU though.

It hasnt shown on the field due to shite Qb play, but with two 5 star Qbs, things are on the up and up. This year should be a fun year for Auburn fans

“Shitton of money”
Yall realize you aren’t SMU right?
Auburn is fricked in this era. Paying a guy like newton will cost a lot more than 180k. Those 5*s will transfer out within a year or two.

Auburn has a top 5 NIL collective, meanwhile LSU has done what exactly during the NIL era? Nothing? Same as Auburn? Pipe down little tiger.

Auburn shares a small state and sits in rural east Alabama yet quite easily competes with or exceeds the financial wherewithal of Lousiana’s only major school, soooo

Arnold is worse than Peyton Thorne.

Statistically yes but I don’t think it’s really fair to judge Arnold too much given how bad his wide receivers were last year.
