I'd be more concerned about a ULL alum
We could declare bankruptcy and close the football program down forever and it would still be less embarrassing than being an Aggie
The BK thing is a red herring. The better question is, why would a college athlete be so interested in ensuring that nobody else can wear the jersey number they were? It's completely insane how people are acting like this is normal behavior. The tradition of retiring numbers (either formally or informally) is always done by the school itself at its own discretion

Not gonna lie, it made me cringe so hard when we rushed the field against Ole Miss. LSU shouldn't rush the field against anybody, the sole exception being if the 2019 Bama game had happened at Tiger Stadium (we had lost like 9 in a row against them at that point).

LSU fans convinced themselves LSU was going to be dynastic.

Literally nobody was saying this, you are just making shite up. We lost the vast majority of the starters from that team to the draft, and our head coach was still Ed Orgeron.

From the title I assumed that Matt Leavitt was Sam's younger brother and we were recruiting him or something
Just remember that people like OP are allowed to vote. And not only do they vote, but their vote counts just as much as yours.

I'm pretty sure Brian Kelly had the same winning percentage during his stint at LSU :dude:
The better question is, what reason does anyone have to believe that he will be a good head coach?
I rewatched the final drive of that game recently and it made me so pissed off even though I know we eventually won the game. Everything about it was excruciating to watch. Countless dumb penalties, bad playcalls, mistakes, etc. And we still pulled a four leaf clover out our arse and won the game somehow. Classic Les Miles football.
The worst one that everyone forgot about was that Trey Palmer punt return against A&M 4 or 5 years ago. He fumbled the ball and A&M recovered (this was late in the game, if I remember correctly) but the refs inexplicably blew the whistle and said that his forward progress had stopped prior to the fumble (which was clearly not the case). A&M would've had a legit chance to win the game if it wasn't for that call
What is the point of this thread? Why preemptively worry about a hypothetical loss 4 months in advance? :spank:
We have some of the dumbest fans on the planet
The 4 team playoff was the perfect format, and I will die on this hill
I know Notre Dame technically isn't a "P4 team" but that's a pretty big asterisk
