I guess it’s lucky for him he’s got another 24 months before he will be playing a NFL games.

if he's so great he should be a little more polished by now

Dude is the best QB we have seen in a very very long time
Baker mayfield, Johnny, Patrick Mahomes, and Cam were far better QBs than Lawrence ever will be. Hell I’d rank jamies Winston over Lawrence.

As a true freshman he carved up everyone he faced, including Alabama. He’s plenty polished. Two subpar games to start his sophomore season don’t change that.

oh yeah dude..12-24 125 yards vs the mighty demon deacons of Wake fricking Forest in the ACC championship game. actually it was Pitt. just the same...against Wake Forest, he threw for an explosive 175 yards. My bad

Tua let this scrub take his team to the woodshed? How embarrassing.

Lawrence will be a generational QB like Peyton Manning. Tua will be more along the lines of a Russ Wilson or Big Ben, a really good top 5 to top 10 QB for the next decade.

Trevor and it’s not even close. He has a better arm, better size, better eyes, smarter, and much much tougher.
Plus he is a winner and will never give up, as you see here:
Same play. Different effort. And one was in a blowout while the other was in the natty tied 0-0.

QB doesn't always needs to have a lot of passing yards. You are kind of forgetting about turnovers and rushing offense. lol
Clemson had 300 yards rushing against Pitt.
Pitt had two fumbles and an interception.
Clemson's success has been because of balanced passing and running on offense and balanced offense and defense.
It isn't because of passing only hero ball.
G Tech played a coverage defense against Clemson. That's why ETN gashed them.
One of TL's interceptions in that game was an attempted throw out of bounds. The other one was a very good play by the defensive player.

you didn't respond to my other points lol
you didn't realize teams throw it less when they can run at will and the other team can't score.
If Alabama had stayed committed to the run game last year against Clemson, they could have won that one.
Texas AM and SC having success against Clemson's secondary actually baited Alabama into being more aggressive passing the ball than they should have been. Thanks guys.

WRs beat Bama more than Lawrence did. He’s just another tall, big armed prospect that will not live up to the hype. Tua has questions about being injury prone but his otherworldly accuracy is overlooked when it comes to his NFL projection...I still don’t think ppl understand how incredible his ball placement is.

Trevor Lawrence 100 times out of 100.
