Yep you had Jesse Palmer saying that Trask was better. Now that's one guy that's a former Florida player but still.

Bro you lost to Kentucky and Arkansas in 2007. And Troy. It happens. We've moved on, can you?

Fromm played good on Saturday, lack of pressure was a big factor. UG O-Line deserves a lot of credit. Every time he needed to make a play, he usually made it.

He missed Simmons on the 1 yard line to start the 3rd q. It’s starting to add up
I just watched our opening drive in the 3rd qtr. He threw an absolutely perfect, NFL caliber 25 yard throw to Ridley over the shoulder.

Can't find a missed throw to Simmons. Unless you're talking about the miss to ridley on 3rd down near the goal line which is a poor throw, but that's a miscommunication. Ridley curled left, Fromm threw right.

The 3rd down conversion at the end was a duck too.

That one actually shows his armstrength.

On his back foot into a blitz he put the ball 40 yards in the air to the sideline.

My issue is that throws rarely hit players in stride allowing their athleticism after the catch. The player athleticism is in making the catch (see Cager, Herrien, and Pickens highlights this season).

Fromm can hit hands (almost every time). But in the NFL, they need more than that because YAC is so important.

I assumed you were talking about SEC championship since you responded to another poster.

Burrow is a good bit more NFL ready than Fromm.

The other guys point was Fromm was elite in that half vs bama, and if he were elite vs Florida, we score 2-3 more tds.

The way he played on Saturday was what he's shown when he's allowed to "ball" instead of try to take care of the ball, but I would say he still wasn't completely on it. If he's more on he likely gets two more completions.

The "duck" to Robertson was weird, he can make throws that are longer but it was like he overcompensated for overthrows there.

But the way he played and Cager returning was likely what flipped the game.

We need him to be elite. He also missed landers for a td right before halftime. That’s 2 tds we didn’t get. I am so thankful Florida wasn’t good enough to make us pay for those mistakeS.

That miss was on Landers... he t-rex'd the frick out of that half arse effort... His arms weren't even completely extended (as is typical for him), let alone putting forth the "go get it" effort to lunge/dive at it.

Disagree. Pass was too far off to catch with 2 hands without diving. Diving isn’t required on accurate passes to open wrs.

From is a really good to elite college QB. Anyone arguing that he isn't is just a hater. He can make all the throws, is accurate (not elite) and knows the offense calls vs the defensive alignments. He is very High IQ football player. I would take him at Bama (if no Tua) over any other QB in the SEC.

UGA plays the same basic offense that Bama ran from 08 to 13. that won Bama a lot of games and is winning UGA a lot of games.

UGa will be a tough game for Bama (sorry Ls8u fans 9 is coming) in the SECCG. The UGA defense is the overall best in the SEC (the run defense is down right nasty-no rushing tds allowed all year) I would expect a Bama win but could see UGA pulling an upset. They can beat any team in the country if they play am A+ game. N.v

Fromm def reads well. I don't think his deep ball is as good as Tua or Burrow though. He had a couple fall short and one should have been picked.

Fromm is a damn good QB. Leader. Nails on 3rd down. Guy is a winner. Too bad he plays for the stinkin' arse mutts.

Seriously, what's your personal problem with Fromm?

The margin of error on the throw was to put it in front of him... Fromm had already left a couple short earlier in the game... that's a quality pass no matter how you slice it. Is it a *perfect* pass? No... but Landers doesn't put forth enough effort on a consistent basis, who's to say it wasn't on Landers for slowing down at the end of the route...
