There used to be video of that encounter on the webs for a couple of years after it happened, but it disappeared. It was even more hilarious than the pic
Funniest part is, Saban was on Finebaum a couple of days before the game and addressed the whole “sumbitches with the numbers on their helmets” rant falsely attributed to him. He reinforced that it never occurred, and that he had the utmost respect for Alabama and its history, and spoke admiringly of Franchione and what he had done with the program.
And I’m convinced to this day that Dennis knew all that, and used the fake story as motivation for his team, then pretended he was all badass about it to show Saban how tough he was.
