Alabama also has the best players on the team. So that helps Young to look better. Not saying that he’s not good. It just helps also to have the best players on the team you’re playing on.

Speaking of Kansas, Pitt struggled (they needed a dropped pass turned interception) to beat West Virginia who then lost to... Kansas. They are not a very good team this year.

I'm just gonna address this part of your post. I don't care about the numbers or who is better. But if it's unclear to you why Bryce Young is getting Heisman buzz, you're probably not all that bright.

It's simple: He is the reigning Heisman winner on a top 3 team who is in the middle of the greatest run that any single program has had in college football history. Plus he is really, really good with a loaded team around him. Pretty easy to understand why he would get Heisman hype in the preseason and two games into the year.

BTW: If Tenn keeps winning and Hendon lights it up along the way, I can almost guarantee he will get some Heisman buzz down the road. That's how it works. And he's really, really good too. So I don't understand why you're complaining about Heisman buzz going into the third game of the year. It's ridiculous.

Beat Georgia and we'll talk.

Pitt will win more games than Texas this year. Just look no further than last years Florida team. Florida had an opportunity to beat bama and prolly should have. Then by seasons end Florida completely fell apart. I’m not saying Texas is going to fall apart, but Texas isn’t the first team to play bama tight. Pitt is the defending ACC Champs. Texas got boat raced by Kansas. I’ll take Pitt right now over Texas

Pitts schedule is atrocious. They don’t play FSU, Clemson, Wake, or NCSU and they don’t play Miami until the last game of the season. They very well could have a better record than TX but that by no means indicates they are better than Texas. Texas has to play Oklahoma, Baylor, & Oklahoma State.

Pitt ain't losing 5 games against their schedule. You are crazy.
I haven't checked his status but if that QB isn't coming back that team is absolutely losing 4-5

Those TDs are similar you say?

TD numbers are absolutely not similar. Young threw for 51% more TDs than Hooker. INT numbers aren't similar, either. Young threw for 133% more interceptions than Hooker.

Bryce Young is a returning Heisman winner

Is this supposed to support greatness? It's the last argument I would use.

To me Hooker is a more consistent passer/ better decision maker. But you are right Dobbs had no help whatsoever from his coaches

W/L is just about the dumbest possible barometer for judging QBs. Are you a full-blown retard

I would think it would be dumber to use an actual barometer as the barometer for QB play.

Guess you didn't see his late
Scramble after avoiding a sack
That's all Bryce. It set up the
Game winner. He may not be as
Athletic as Hooker but he's damn sure Smarter in the pocket

Exactly...that's why he only has a little over 2x as many ints as Hooker. Hooker just isn't smart enough to throw to the open man (when he is on the other team).
