Arkansas- Is as horrible as everyone thinks
Alabama- Orange Beach is amazing and Mobile is an interesting place
Mississippi- Nice beaches
Florida- Overrated
S. Carolina- I have to say the women there are beautiful
Georgia- Never cared for it
Tennessee- East Tennessee is amazing Memphis is a fun city
Missouri- Is not as Yankee as many believe

I have been to Kansas City, KS. So I will count that as close enough to Mizzou.

Come spend some time on the LOZ. You will then understand how wrong this statement is.

I agree with all but GA. I think Georgia's an awesome state with bad fans, same goes for TN.

Never been to South Carolina or Kentucky. Is there any reason to visit those places I should be aware of?

Carolina has a huge military presence a lot of Marines which usually means Texans
A lot of beautiful beaches
Low Country has a lot to offer in terms of a historical perspective

Homosexuals are more of a New Orleans or Austin type of thing

Been to all but one. Wrote a maudlin country song about each. Only a couple of them involved lyrics about me crying into my beer as I wondered how I ended up in such a godforsaken hellhole with such a cheatin' woman, so the SEC has a decent track record in my book.

Yes. Didn't see much of Missouri though. Arkansas has some beautiful natural areas as does Missouri.

Every state in the US is worth visiting.

ETA: Seriously, I have found something appealing in every state I've visited.

If you're around Beaufort, you will see a lot of Marines.

If you're in the center of the state, you will see tons of Army and Air Force.

Dinosaur bones, hence "Big Bone." Lick is a Kentucky term just like holler. Just another word for a place.

Tons of lakes here. Houseboats are awesome. Keeneland/Churchill Downs. The Kentucky bluegrass countryside here around Lexington with the horse farms is rarely matched for natural beauty. Louisville Slugger museum. Bourbon tours. Pioneer forts and civil war battlefields. Burgoo and mutton. Bluegrass festivals. Shakertown. The list goes on and on.

South Carolina is also a great state to visit, though I'll let them trumpet their state themselves.

Believe I'm only missing Arkansas

Drove through and stayed in Lexington on the way up to Indiana. I was surprised at how beautiful it all was - Rupp arena from the outside was the biggest WTF ever though.

Knoxville may be my new favorite SEC town. It was so beautiful
