You just have to know what to get. Fajitas and enchiladas and shite? TexMex is where it's at. But if we're talking burritos and tacos then I'd take what I could get in LA and California over what is here

Mediterranean and Greek food is the tittays. I love Indian food as well.
My heart is on the Gulf Coast. Gulf Coast seafood is tGOAT, specifically, oysters, shrimp, trout, redfish, snapper, flounder, blue crab, etc.

It's probably because sea food is much more of an acquired taste than red meat. I wasn't that big on seafood as a kid, but I don't think that's exactly uncommon. Red meat is also much easier to obtain, so you're just exposed to it much more

You're right.
You're the Memphian. Where would you recommend to get the GOAT Memphis BBQ?

Wade, that is something we both can agree on.
On that note, if anyone can find a good bbq brisket in south Louisiana, I need to know, for science.

I'm just saying. Spec doesn't have the flavor a fresh rainbow does.
I've had seafood from the best places in the western hemisphere, but whatever.
Payne's BBQ. Just go during the day so you don't get shot.

I love people acting like Texas BBQ isn't outstanding. Just because other food is good, doesn't mean Texas can't have great food as well. My two favorite types of bbq are Texas and KC. Oklahoma Joe's in KC is unbelievable, but Austin has so many good places as well. Rudy's and Ironworks are a couple of my favorites.
Tex-Mex is just as good. Mexican food in Georgia, including Athens, is laughable compared to Mexican food in Texas.

They have different flavors, brah. Speck gets that delicious, salty, fresh taste while Rainbow tastes like doo doo.
You ever had ray? Stingray, that is. It reminded me of lemonfish a lot.
