For the record, the Pappas family owns Pappadeaux's, Pappasitos, Pappas Steak House, Yia Yia Marys Greek Restaurant, Pappas Burgers and Pappas BBQ and they are Aggies.
The steak house is outstanding, the Cajun and Tex-Mex places and others are good but not great. I think they owned the James Coney Island's but I think they sold them.

I am waiting for Aggies to go the same way as most cults and have a mass suicide. When that happens, the town will likely improve and I might visit

The last/only time I've been to C.Station the local DQ was one of the top must visit "restaurants" in town. The one that Harvey Williams made popular. And the "HOWDY!" from EVERY passing aggie got old very very fast.

And I would never go to college station. Why would anyone when you can just drive down the road to Austin and hang out with better looking girls, watch better football, and hang out with more intelligent people than you could in CS?

1. Bar scene is great
