I think most of us, at least those of us over the age of 35, recognized the importance of our rivalry. I never participated in the "we don't need them" bullshite.

Perhaps you should talk to your AD at the time of the seperation. Pretty sure he was over 35.

The A&M OU hate is a combination of that University being really good at football on one hand and a parasitical tick sucking off the talents of North Texas on the other.
