Nastiest cheap motel I ever stayed at was a Day's Inn in Baton Rouge. Had bed bugs under the bed and maggots in the microwave and fridge.
We were there for football game. Tried to get them to give us a different room and couldnt because it was sold out. We ended up driving back to Mississippi that night.
That was my last trip to BR.
