Clearly, yes.

Ole Miss is having one of their best stretches historically yet Lane is .500 vs LSU.
Is that your ceiling?

You actually think during the middle of the season where they are looking at making the playoffs he would come out and say he is taking another job?? Come on dude wake up, of course he is going to say he is not worried about another job.. His agent is taking care of all that, I won't believe anything at all until Florida and LSU both make hires not named Lane Kiffin.

Is it a more desirable destination for recruits?

Ole Miss is so amazing under Lane that they’ve still never made it to Atlanta, never made it to a playoff or won national championship, but they have totally surpassed LSU at this point? Kiffin has not won anything of significance at Ole Miss, so why should anyone consider them as a program that has passed us by? I mean shite, Brian Kelly went to Atlanta his first year and then helped us win a Heisman in our second year. When was the last time OM won a Heisman or went to Atlanta? I’ll hang up and listen.

LSU had the #1 transfer class last year, Ole Miss was #4.
This is despite the fact that LSU took 18 transfers and Ole Miss took 30.

I think you are making his point with that logic.
More went to Ole Miss. Overall, the Ole Miss group graded out with less talent. Ole Miss did more with less talent and attracted more athletes at likely a lower cost.

Yes, more went to Ole Miss because they have less talent on their roster and therefore had to take more from the portal. They needed bodies.
Two LSU players went there, one who wasn't starting and one who started last year and was passed up.

Yup. This is the reality. But everyone on here wants to pretend college football is still in 90s-00’s.
And it honestly rules if you like watching football and your school is in the SEC. The conference games are competitive from the top to the bottom and pretty much every program seems to be rolling. It no longer feels like Georgia and Alabama steamrolling Vanderbilt or Mizzou is inevitable.
On the other hand, I do feel sorry for good fanbases that are basically left out in the cold - like some of the old Big Eight members. It's going to become real tough for schools like Iowa State and Kansas State to compete. Imagine Mississippi State, but without an SEC paycheck to compensate for the relatively small fanbase/NIL pool. That problem will compound as those programs are not able to keep up with the SEC's NFL-esque facilities, coaching salaries, and NIL payments.

And, which team has done more with less?

LSU is 11-5 against OM since 2010, 18-8 since 2000, and 64-43-4 all-time.

Over the last four years, yes. Historically, no.

Sort of making the point that LSU is not some juggernaut aren’t you and the Ole Miss is foe to be respected.

Theballguy and capdalton have been more shook over this than even Ole Miss fans , and they are about to lose their coach. It’s really weird .

Yup, again, couldn't agree more.
For the "haves" this is a wild and entertaining time where top talent is attainable and spread among (lets just say) the top 30-40 riches programs. For the "have nots" the game is going to get away from them.
This likely results in a different definition of D1, or super conferences breaking away from the NCAA, or something, but the money is just insane.
And, we are absolutely losing something with some of the Old Big 8, and other smaller programs that contributed alot to the college football landscape, but can't keep up with $$$ now.
