No. College and NFL are not related at all.

I guess by your standards Ryan Williams is the greatest SEC WR of all time
Oh. My standard is the general consensus.
I don't think Williams is there yet.
But I suppose since you believe if a handful of Bama fans say he is.......he is.....like Henry.

I’ll admit I didn’t think his style would translate to the nfl.
It didn't initially. The Titans almost traded him his 3rd year but he then realized that he had to run angry and the rest is history.

About a couple of miles behind Herschel.
Don't know about that. He is still the only SEC back with a 2000 yard season and he is a better pro RB than Herschal or Bo.

Henry is the LeBron of football. He just shouldn’t be able to do what he does at his size. It’s wild. He is average 5.8 ypc at 30 years old.
He has deceptive speed. It's crazy how many people take bad angles at him. And for as big as he is, he shouldn't be that fast.
He keeps breaking records and all I hear is people downplay it. Even going back to high school.
He is elite. He has the raw talent AND he puts the work in like nobodies business.

Hilarious.
know-it-all Gumps were his worst detractors. All you idiots dumped on him because you fricking idiots thought your HS running back experience in dipshit Walker County was the cream de la cream
as usual, all you idiots are trying to revise history of how all you dumbfrick Bama idiots pretended he wasn't good enough for you

I always thought he was great at Bama and respected him in the league. Happy he's out of that shithole franchise in the Titans.

Thank you
he's the greatest running back in the history of football
the two guys who put forth as much effort as him were Earl Campbell and Marcus Allen
...I love them...
and yet, they did not have as much talent as him, and he equals them in effort
he's the greatest ever
I swear I get furious reading people who never fricking played talk about shite they'll never understand
you understand this and I commend you - I can tell you played

Henry played more ranked teams in a single year than Walker did in his entire career @ Georgia. You can count the number of ranked teams Walker played and won on 1 finger, 2 if you want to count his decoy game and you lost multiple times.
You played a total of 1 ranked team in 1980 when you won the NC.
Henry was able to pad his stats against teams like MTSU, ULM, CHSO, FAU, WCU, CSU, GAST, CHAT.
Perhaps Georgia only played 1 ranked team in 1980, but they were all FBS teams. No Chattanoogas or Charleston Southerns on that Georgia schedule.

Henry broke his SEC record and did it on less carries.
14-15 games per season compared to 12 games. Walker averaged more yards per game than Henry.

Roll Tide I thought u quit on your team 2-3 years ago........ the words were I am done with Bama...........ring a bell?

what does that tell you about Derrick Henry?

National champ, Heisman, 250 pounds, sneaky speed
158 yards 3 TDs in the national championship (while splitting carries)
What more do you want?

Walker averaged fewer yards per carry, against an easier schedule, than Henry.
That's true.

He's the closest thing you'll see to Herschel Walker in the modern game. A physical specimen, tough dude who piles up the yards. 30+ carries per game over and over, just a beast. His college career might be underrated honestly

I would agree with that. Just my opinion.

Derrick Henry against lower schools:
FAU: 5/23 yards
Southern Miss: 11/73 yards
Western Carolina: 12/92 yards
Middle Tennessee St: 18/96 yards
Louisiana Monroe: 13/52 yards
Charleston Southern: 9/68 yards
That's 216 yards between the 3 non Power 5 games in 2015. So he ran for 2,003 yards against Power 5 teams. Three of his four 200+ yard games came against ranked teams. Nick Saban never used those games to stat pad for his players. Google is free you know?
