I don't really have a dog in this fight, and anything I say is going to piss someone off... but hell, I'm an Arkansas fan. We live to piss people off.
Yeah. This was a disaster of a year for LSU across a broad spectrum of the top sports. You can't really polish that turd. It happens.
Every now and then, even a school with the resources that LSU has, someone has their turn in the barrel where everything goes wrong. Everyone in the SEC, including Bama, Georgia, and so on... has had at least one year where everything just turned to crap. Usually as a precursor to an AD getting handed his walking papers and being advised that he should not let the door hit him where the good Lord split him.
LSU will be fine next year I'm sure. Too much talent and too many die hard fans for this to continue very long. Short term a lot of pain for Tiger fans, long term things will work out.

The only sport we had real expectations of winning this year was baseball.
The rest we knew would not win.
Not denying it’s been a historically shitty year tho.

It was a terrible year for the 4 teams that get the most publicity.
They have recent nattys to hold their hat on but the past calendar year really crushed them

If someone said to me in August 2025 this year’s woes were the cost to have Kiffin, Wade, Johnson, and Mulkey coaching the big 4, along with the recruiting class football pulled in, I would gladly have paid the one year price.

I rarely have a kind thing to say for the LSU fanbase. But I will say they are resilient. They just keep showing up to fight in these battles of wit completely unarmed.

Yep, I'm not even sure why the OP keeps creating this thread. Everyone knows LSU sucked.

This is supposedly the reason Kim Mulkey is considering resigning/retiring. She feels the school and athletic department have diverted all support and resources from women’s basketball to football and basketball buy outs, salaries, and NIL.

Finished 14th in the SEC.
They’re pissed off that they can’t finish 12th anymore.

Again, life truly is all about perspective. Individuals like “Sidewalk Tiger” and countless LSU fans on here have really helped me change on the inside. I no longer feel the hate/anger towards those that differ from me. Whether it be a raging liberal or an employee that believes life revolves around themselves….I now feel sorrow and hurt for these individuals. It has been nothing short of a religious experience, and I would certainly put “Sidewalk Tiger” at the top of the list of those I would like to thank for helping me see the value in everyone.
You sound like you need to have your balls reattached.
