Guess where Alabama's Runner up Natty trophy from last year is.

"After the 33-18 loss to Georgia in the College Football Playoff championship in January, Alabama is keeping the runner-up trophy it received in the cafeteria. The Crimson Tide calls it the participation trophy. There's a sign underneath it that labels it as such, offensive linemen Emil Ekiyor Jr. said Friday.
The sign also says, "Are you happy with it?"

Saban is batting .500 in title games. Suppose when you go to the title game pretty much every year, that’s to be expected.

Jim Tressel set the locker codes to the OSU facility to 41-14 after their arse whooping in the 06 Natty. It worked, and they made it back to the Natty only to get their arse whooped again.

Willy...How has LSU done vs that dynasty the last decade? You won in ONE flash in the pan year and your prospects ain't looking none too good this year.
The way to the top goes through Tuscaloosa. Period.
To be The Man, you gotta Beat The Man and nowhere does this ring more true than in College Football and the SEC.
You ain't holding up a trophy unless you can beat Alabama. In many years No one could. LSU is a stepping stone. Nothing more.
Now you can make some cutesy post with an asshat GIF and all the Corndogs can come running and pat you on the back but that won't change the facts. LSU has failed miserably vs Alabama since Nick Saban came to town and for that matter Paul Bryant and some others used to beat that Purple and Gold arse on a pretty regular basis too.
