Through the REC we control not only the SEC office in Birmingham, But the SEC commish office, the referee association, the SEC (and all of NCAA D-1) schedulers, the weathermen, FBI, hot chocolate dispensers, replay reviewers, bowl game allocators, even the NCAA office and The CFB playoff committee. Do I even have to type that all media rankings, 247sports and the national recruiting rankings are under our control? NOOOooo.... I don’t think so!!!

No, but on paper Womack would be the choice if not for his Bama connection. The league was going to select who Slive recommended, and he knew he couldn't recommend Womack.
