Time for the "Haves" to give the "Have-Nots" a little bit of their surplus. I think the top half of the SEC should take 5 million or more each and give it to the bottom half. It would make the conference more competitive in all sports. What say the Rant....

Most of that is garbage. When the Cowboys drafted Dak all the State fanboys said we would clean-up in recruiting in Texas. State's recruiting in Texas has been mostly nonexistent. The elite players wiil continue to go to the football factories. ...
