Can anyone explain the logic behind throwing it out of the end zone there? He picked it up and threw it. It is not like he kicked it out of the end zone or barely got to it and knocked it out the back, HE PICKED THE FREAKING BALL UP. He could have:
a. lay on it
b. try to run with it
c. throw it not out of the back of the endzone
he had the ball, if he gets tackled it in the endzone it is still a safety. Besides point shaving, what other logical reason could there be for doing that?
