Nice. Might pick me up a backup

I got tired of sitting on the equivalent of a three ring binder. Picked this up. Holds a couple CCs, ID, and few Benjamins. Keep insurance and loyalty cards as pictures on the phone.
ABC had the college gameday krewe on. I prefer it, even though Saban says the same thing about every player.
I thought 28 Days Later was awesome when it came out. But I did a rewatch last Halloween for the first time in forever and did not enjoy it. The film quality is terrible and hard to watch. The characters actions didn’t make sense and were annoying. Maybe the novelty of the opening scene and zombies has worn off since the movie debuted, but I cannot recommend 28 Days Later in 2025.

The second installment was forgettable at the time. So, I am not optimistic for this third film.
I can’t believe HBO has made a black man the bad guy.
That is good to hear. Hope they get some justice for the family.
I agree with this review. Romulus was an enjoyable experience. The Andy actor delivered a phenomenal performance. The film felt like a blend and homage of both Alien and Aliens. That said, Romulus leaned more heavily into traditional horror, with intense scenes like the facehugger chamber, the acid drip kill, the gruesome inner-jaw attack, and the creepy hybrid. The crash sequence was visually stunning and would have been better in the theater.

On the downside, the CGI used for Ash was both distracting and unnecessary. The miners introduced early on were irritating rather than sympathetic, which undermined their narrative weight. Additionally, the pacing felt inconsistent — a slow buildup followed by a sudden, nonstop sequence of events, even without a clear urgency in response to the countdown. The rhythm just felt slightly off.

Unbelievable to get murdered while doing a job. Doesn’t appear there were any arrests. Any updates on this story. Surprised a young man gunned down in the streets is barely front page news in BR.
You can tell it’s a catfish account because Japan doesn’t celebrate Christmas.
15 penalties for over 100 yards? This game is absolutely unwatchable. They wiped out a 70-yard touchdown to start the game and a 64-yard field goal for good measure. But hey, my All-Ref Fantasy League is putting up career numbers!
The real issue here is that KTFO’s partner stood there like he was waiting for a bus instead of throwing hands on sight. More proof that this generation, and pickballers in particular, might be softer than a marshmallow at a bonfire.
This was Mike Norvell’s Super Bowl. Whereas, LSU thought this was going to be an easy win.

Nightmare game for OSU. They are a far better squad.

Exactly what happened to FSU.
Everyone was hoping for Alabama & FSU. A shaky Alabama team was perceived as the best team from the toughest division. Now, we have a 2 vs 4, where no one wants to get behind the underdog (4), because it is not a Cinderella type team. If TCU was 4, there would be more excitement.

But to answer your question, I never get excited about championship games that my team is not in. I might go to a viewing party or flip to check the score, but I do not watch intently.
You take the 3 earlier, instead of option on 4th, and its a field goal game.

FSU should have taken the 3.

I honestly don't see the objection to the play call. That one was all on poor Jameis execution. He had about five different paths into the end zone pre snap.

Winston does not run the option.

The defense has stopped them twice.

It would be 11 to 6.
FSU should have taken the 3. Oregon looks like a desperate tier 2 team going for 2 point conversions and 4th downs in the first quarter.
All aboard the excuse train! Choo-choo!

I hate that a bowl result nowadays is a referendum on football conferences.

But it was so nice when the SEC was 3-0

So, SEC west loses some games and now bowl records do not mean anything? If the Mississippi schools take care of business, all we hear about for the next year is how dominant that division was... how they should have had two teams in the playoff.. yada yada. Bowl records are the one measuring stick we have, and it has been used for years, especially by SEC fan.

Secondly, the rest of the football world hates the FSU and everyone is out to knock us off the mountain. FSU as the defending national champ on the country's longest winning streak took everyone's best shot all year, and won every game.

Third, yesterday is enough for me to know that there should not be rematchs in the playoff. The regular season was and is the part of the playoff. You had your chance to win your conference, and you didn't. I say let the conferences champs play for it all. Or else, we end up with TCU's out and Miss State's in.
