I attended a game at UVA some years back and I was surprised how drunk everyone was. People that think of themselves as "elitist" would have a more refined public persona, or so you would think. Just a bunch of drunks acting rednecky.
They might fit right in with an SEC crowd.

Can't wait for the first time UVA hosts an SEC game with someone, say like LSU, and the opposing fans descend on Charlottesville. The shock won't wear off for months.

It is by Mississippi standards and therefore by many SEC fans standards...the VIN diagram of people who would think so from SEC schools and the people who think Panama City Beach and Gatlinburg are exotic locations worthy of a weeks leave from the plant consists of three identical circles with nary an outlier....

Why do some of you assume your university isn’t loaded with both typical southern culture and a shitload of “woke”?
To think Thomas Jefferson’s school with their reputation, money, athletic success and history is a bad addition is completely insane. They’re 10x the institution ole miss (and lsu for that matter) is and would be a great market addition.
I’m not a fan of the “woke” shite but some of you are beyond delusional about what the sec needs to do to remain the best and what your alma mater is in reality
