Yowsers! What a turnaround in 24 hours. Stein going to work in the portal and apparently has a lot of resources at his disposal
re: Some of you SEC people need to actually start watching all of college football

This is really unbelievable to me. Indiana has NEVER been good. Like even lower than Kentucky. And now, suddenly, in one or two years they’re winning the championship potentially?
Under old regime, SEC (other than Georgia) is likely locked out of title

Let's look at home things would have gone if this was the '80s.
Indiana, ranked No. 1, would play in the Rose Bowl against Oregon, ranked No. 5.
Georgia, ranked No. 3, is the top ranked SEC team, and would play in the Sugar Bowl against Ohio State, ranked No. 2, the second place BIG team.
Texas Tech, ranked No. 4, would play in the Cotton Bowl against probably Ole Miss or Texas A & M, probably A & M because the bowl would want a Texas team to draw fans.
If Indiana wins its rematch with Oregon, then no way the OSU/UGA winner leapfrogs them, right?
Also, if Oregon beats Indiana, could they leapfrog the teams ahead of them, ala, Miami in the early 1980s when they beat Nebraska in the Orange Bowl and went from No. 5 to No. 1 in the final polls?

A&M should have hired Stoops instead of Elko

Just saying…
Stoops’ offenses are putrid but not as bad as this one was.

Anybody taking the Cats to cover?

Most unlikeable group UK has had on the roster in my lifetime. Just watching them, the vibe screams, “I just don’t really care.” Consistent lack of effort.
Heck of a game on ESPN tonight

Florida is showing up. Didn’t realize they got Boogie Fland. 66-64 UF 30 secs left

(Also shows a flight leaving Lexington for Baton Rouge at 1:00 pm...wonder who that is?)

Wait, it shows a flight landing in Lexington from State College at 12:18 pm, an Embraer Phenom 300E

Interesting app. I didn't see the flight on there, so maybe someone just posted fake stuff on Twitter, although it was not a handle that I'm used to seeing fake posts from before.

With Mark Stoops onboard. All I can say is Wow
re: Anyone else occasionally just think how weird it is that the SEC let the big 12 in?

A lot of interest in the team and program from Texas fans. Many made the journey to Lexington over the weekend. Hopefully, they enjoyed a good time even though the game kind of sucked.
Dioubate to Kentucky
Posted by BigBlue8Titles on 4/7/25 at 6:50 pm
Ok, Bama, give us the story. What are we getting? Dioubate abused us in UK’s games against Bama, however, what did you see in him in the rest of the games?
re: 4 SEC teams in action tonight how we all feeling?

Gameday, finally!
Bama and UF took care of business last night. Arky and Cal doing Arky and Cal things.
I think Auburn rolls and Ole Miss wins
That leaves one game. Pulling hard for the "W" and think it will be a great game, but making no predictions. Winning 3 times against a good team in the same season is extremely tough, however, the pressure all seems to be on Barnes and the Vols. KY is playing with house money at this point.
Good luck to everyone tonight!

Updated the thread with Ole Miss. They are only a 2.5 point dog to Michigan State. Odds-makers have some faith in the Rebs it appears!

It looks like a change of scenery is what Cal needed and he’s back in business!

Wouldn’t want to play Creighton. They are solid. I would have rather had U of L, even with the home crowd.
Auburn in a tussle with the Alabama State Hornets!

28-24 late in the first half
re: Bama, what gives?

It’s a given UF is much better than the team UK had on the floor last night, however, a lot of good defense is effort; effort that just isn’t there today.
