Dioubate to Kentucky

Posted by BigBlue8Titles on 4/7/25 at 6:50 pm
Ok, Bama, give us the story. What are we getting? Dioubate abused us in UK’s games against Bama, however, what did you see in him in the rest of the games?
Gameday, finally!

Bama and UF took care of business last night. Arky and Cal doing Arky and Cal things.

I think Auburn rolls and Ole Miss wins

That leaves one game. Pulling hard for the "W" and think it will be a great game, but making no predictions. Winning 3 times against a good team in the same season is extremely tough, however, the pressure all seems to be on Barnes and the Vols. KY is playing with house money at this point.

Good luck to everyone tonight!
Bump Tuesday 3/25 for updated odds
Updated the thread with Ole Miss. They are only a 2.5 point dog to Michigan State. Odds-makers have some faith in the Rebs it appears!
Other odds:

Auburn -7.5 (3/25 is -8.5)
Florida -6.5 (3/25 same)
Bama -4.5 (3/25 -5.5)
Arky +5.5 (3/25 same)
Miss +2.5 (3/25 +3.5)

Congrats Hog fans!

It looks like a change of scenery is what Cal needed and he’s back in business!
Wouldn’t want to play Creighton. They are solid. I would have rather had U of L, even with the home crowd.

It’s a given UF is much better than the team UK had on the floor last night, however, a lot of good defense is effort; effort that just isn’t there today.

Bama, what gives?

Last night; lock down, tough man-to-man defense buzzer to buzzer.

Today; matador defense all day
I forget to mention that Arky will win too because like Cal says: They are built for March
Not me. I think AU, UF, AL and TN are too good and will all advance to the semis.
With the early tip, hopefully the Tigers will still be waking up allowing Kentucky to sneak out of town with a win. Otherwise, I don't see much hope.

Most of our games are nail biters or losses. Figured it was time to have a little fun trolling our Tiger comrades.

Kentucky 72 LSU 34 2nd

Final UK 95 LSU 64

LSU women playing thug ball today

Posted by BigBlue8Titles on 2/23/25 at 3:25 pm
I don’t usually watch women’s hoops, but the game was on where I am today. In the couple of minutes I have watched, LSU has mugged a couple of players; slapped and shoved a couple others and tried to start a brawl under the basket. Total trash program
Not sure how Kentucky won that game, really. Guys like Chandler and Trent Noah stepped up and provided valuable contributions that we haven't seen much before. Noah is probably ahead of Travis Perry at this point even though Perry was supposed to be the freshman most ready to contribute.
With Andrew Carr and Lamont Butler out with injuries, KY has no chance tonight. Butler has been the point guard and his substitute, Krisma is out too. You'll never see an easier bet than this game.
