Hopefully no more injuries. Hate that for Pickens.

Pickens was set to make himself a whole lot of money next year. I still think he'll go in the 1st round, but I was expecting him to have a season somewhat close to what Ja'Marr Chase did in 2019 and drive himself into the top 10 of the draft.

Kirby is a damn good coach. I wouldn’t trade him for anyone else. Not even the temperamental Saban. He will get Georgia to the top. Maybe this year maybe next. The only people I hear talking about NCs and 1980 are our opponents. The fans I know and I know a few are quite happy with our program, our HC and the foundation he is building. Georgia has the most talented team in the country hands down. But it will take a little luck too. If we can limit injuries we have a good shot this year. If not, it’s coming and we will be here when it does

Usually UGA drops a head scratcher and rival game before getting embarrassed in the national spotlight. With all the hype they likely blow the Clemson game now, drop 2-3 others before getting blown out by a decent team.

So you predict 4 losses for Georgia? Name the bet and I'll take it. (Watch him disappear)

I can’t wait to watch Georgia frick it up again this year. I love to watch those assholes suffer. Couldn’t happen to a nicer bunch of degenerate pricks.

I think Kirby is a good head coach but let’s be honest his troubles at UGA hasn’t been getting players it’s been more of he shits the bed in big games due to poor game management during the games or bad game plans. The fake punt against Bama a few years ago is a good case in point.

Also Kirby has to quite being so stubborn and open up his offense more. He is still trying to win with a system that Nick Saban won with years ago. Nick seen a change coming in college football and changed with the times. Hell Coach O figured it out and changed to a more wide open style of offense. The days of the old ground and pound running attack and pass enough to keep the Defense honest while playing great D and getting turnovers and not turning the ball over yourself is over. That style of offense is in a museum next to the Do Do Bird display. If you are going to win consistently in college football and compete for titles every year then you have to have a wide open offense that scores points. If you can’t pass you won’t last in todays college football and Kirby is either going to have to change with the times or get ready to coach at a Group of 5 school with Gus.

To be fair, Kirby has made an attempt to change the offense by bringing in Todd Monken.

Jimbo is the real offender of trying to run an outdated offense.

They have everything except a coach. When they get one of those, they have a chance.

Too bad you can’t watch your own team cause any of that suffering.

I think the argument could easily be made that Georgia has been far and away the most talented team to make only one appearance in the playoff. And I don't think it's close.

I mean yeah. UGA and LSU are the only teams in that conversation. Not coincidentally, they share a conference with Alabama.

Alabama and LSU have been giving Georgia their 2nd loss in the SECCG. No wiggle room to be that second SEC team in the playoff with 2 regular season losses.

Yes, which is why Georgia has been to the playoffs once.

There is no comparable 2nd or 3rd program in the ACC, B1G, or Big 12 in terms of talent. The PAC doesn’t have anyone on that level at all, but Oregon is getting there.

History would strongly suggest that you had better get Clemson.

Well you don't have to worry about LSU ruining your chances for the third time in the last 4 years. At least prior to the SECCG.

When has LSU ruined UGA’s chances? In 2018 Bama ruined UGA’s chance in the SECC and even if UGA gets passed them I seriously doubt they would’ve beaten Clemson that year. 2019 LSU was the best team I remember seeing and I probably have a better chance at flying than 2019 UGA beating 2019 LSU twice. I mean seriously, that LSU team scored on 9 of 11 possessions in a playoff game with the 11th possession being a mercy knee.
