Theoretically this year should be more open than others. Bama, Clemson, and OSU are all breaking in new QB’s. I understand that UGA lacks experience in the secondary, but I would imagine most UGA fans see just how important the QB position is now. I’d much rather be coming into a season with question marks in the secondary than a question mark at QB. Bama always seems to make it work regardless, but uncertainty at OSU and Clemson should be good news. It definitely seems like a if not now then when kind of year for UGA and OU. UGA’s schedule is definitely more difficult than OU’s, but UGA also plays in a conference where a slip up won’t matter.

Well you don't have to worry about LSU ruining your chances for the third time in the last 4 years. At least prior to the SECCG.

No. Just no. When you're up 3-1 and literally only need to win one out of three games to get to the World Series, there are absolutely no excuses. The pitching was set up perfectly and the lineup was good enough to do it but they just choked.

Minus QB in 2019 as well; we had a great 1 in 2018 but played the scrub.

I think this is the year Georgia pulls it off. However, I sometimes come away less than impressed with Kirby Smart's abilities as a game day coach. He's great at putting together a plan for big games but has so far proven himself mediocre at making adjustments late in the game. That is their Achilles heel.

we will probably be awesome and lose in the SECC or playoffs in heartbreaking fashion and then it will be held over our head that we were way too overhyped all offseason even though we didnt say shite and it was everyone else saying we had the best team, not us.

No. The Dodgers were the better team, period. End of discussion.
Now if Soroka had been healthy, we'd of gone to the WS. But our lack of pitching depth and LA's deep bench finally took over. In the end, the better team won, like they should of.
