With Broome playing 70% on that ankle, yes.

I didn't think he was very impressive even before he came down on the ankle. Honestly was expecting more from him. Not trolling.

Go look at his stat line and get back to us...

This statement proves how fricking dumb you are. As if we needed more evidence. Those are 2 of the top 5 tens in the country. Both are plenty good enough to cut down the nets in March. Neither may do it, but that wouldn’t prove your statement any less ignorant.

Move on. You hit three 3s from ten feet beyond the line and got run on your own court with every basketball fan in the country watching. You stayed within a dozen. The guy with the porn stache got a dunk. You should be happy.

If neither of the teams are good enough to cut nets down, then what does that say about the rest of the teams? Both teams are playing the toughest schedule in the nation and winning. Every team had their weaknesses, but I would say both can win it all.

I honestly don't see how you can come to that conclusion considering the way both teams have played all year.

Not only do I disagree on neither being good enough to win it all, I can't come up with a reason Auburn doesn't win it all this year and I say that as an Alabama fan who absolutely doesn't want to see them win it all. They aren't perfect but their only eye opening loss came against a very very good Florida team who played out of their minds in Auburn's only game all year where they were clearly off.

The 1998/1999 and 2021/2022 Auburn teams were damn strong but had at least one weakness. This year's Auburn team has no weaknesses. Their team this year can play in transition with anyone while also being very efficient offensively in a half court game. Even more importantly they can lockdown defensively on teams and offensively they have the one thing BP's best Auburn teams haven't had until this season...multiple good to great 3 pt shooters. They can win games in several different ways which is why barring injuries to Pettiford and/or Broome they're going to be an incredibly difficult out for any team in the tournament.

Alabama is a prolific scoring team with an improved defense from last season and is also more than capable of winning it all but with far less margin for error than Auburn. Alabama can win it all too but can't afford any off nights from the 3 pt line like we had against good defensive teams like Auburn and Ole Miss

If Auburn had better front court depth I'd say they win the tournament easily.

Broome is great and Cardwell is good, but when both of those guys aren't on the floor, they are beatable.

Brilliant, just brilliant.

Was it a strategic mistake for Coleman Coliseum to turn on the air conditioning for this game? Alabama had home court advantage, they should have taken advantage of if. Bruce can’t coach the final 5 minutes of the game if he is back in the locker room getting an IV.

If I.m really good in the post im pounding it in there and getting your bigs in foul trouble if I can. Cardwell will foul you and Broome isn't 100% You.re not good behind them.

Bama doesn't play that way they do drive a lot and you did have foul trouble but the poor shooting offset any of that They won't shoot that badly from three next time.

AU played a heck of a game. Give them their due. Their perimeter defense gave our boys trouble all night…hence 5-26 from 3 point land… if we have any hope to win in Auburn in three weeks, we need to improve on getting clean looks from deep. And sinking our FTs…
