I thought he was from GA? But that aside sub 65%, averaged under 20 passes a game… a game manager at best.

arguably the best overall receiving corps in the country

1,300ish yards spread over every returning WR through 15 games….
Or 87ish yards a game. That’s a stretch to suggest “best in the country much less the conference or even division. Add in Bowers and you add 880 yards which gets you to 140ish a games.

I also think our running game will be the surprise to many teams

Milton and McIntosh are in new roles and everyone’s else is untested.

Thanks for the honest answer. Nice to see some insight into the reasoning behind the statement.

So, dipshite, you asked an opinion of "Georgia fans" then you wrote a reply with the answers that you wanted.

You're a special kind of stupid, even for a Tennessee fan.

I was at Knocksville last season for the festivities. It's more fun when hillbillies get their hopes up then squashed. I'll be in Athens this year.

Good ones are game changers. The kind of QB1 that a DC game plans around. And it’s not a knock, it’s a statement of fact.

Close, UGA had the 51st Passing O nationally. Missed it by just a hair.

Outside of year 1 and last year, Georgia defensively has averaged 17ppg. Georgia averaged 40 ppg last year on offense. I think UGA is prob a 17-19 ppg defense this year and a 40-42ppg offense.

Georgia will have very strong offensive line and TE room. They have a QB (whatever anyone thinks of him) whose experienced and battle tested. And I think our WR and RB are solid.

We recruit better defensively than anybody and we return 4 starters and lots of blue chips that have played good minutes.

11-1 feels realistic. There’s not a game I think they lose but against the field 11-1 feels realistic. Which means if you lose the SECC you’re out of the playoff.

I don’t think there is a 1 loss Big 12 or PAC 10 team in. I think ND has 2 losses. I think Ohio State is in and I think even with 1 loss Clemson is in.

12-0 with SECC loss or 11-1 with SECC win….I believe 12-1 UGA is in

My guess is 60% to make playoff.
40% to make NCG
15% to win NC

So in essence I’m strong on a 12-1 UGA being enough, that UGA beats a Clemson or Ohio State and has a 40-45% chance of beating Alabama in NC

I provided information they obviously didn’t have. Because their opinion was based on “Disney Dawgs”

I'm expecting a college playoff spot. If the ball bounces our way; I can see us in the natty.

No doubt. National title game changers more specifically…….

When Uga was down by 5 late in the national title game, Bennett responded by throwing 2 tds to close the game out on the final 2 drives.

I was wrong. It was top 4……

Yards Per Play: 4th
Passing Efficiency: 4th
Points Per Drive: 4th
Points Per Play: 3rd
Yards Per Point: 3rd
OFEI: 3rd
YPP adjusted: 3rd
Drive efficiency: 4th
TD rate: 4th

Interesting for you to bring that up…….What happens in garbage time? Edwards was our garbage time back FYI. Gonna quiz you on that later.

No you didn't. All you did was prove that you're either a troll or a retard. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and lean towards troll because that's all this board is.

And I'll go ahead and get to the point that I think you're trying to reach: Georgia's offense is and will be better than Tennessee's.

I guess I am in the minority to think the Defense will not have this huge drop-off that everyone is expecting. Kirby has recruited very well on that side of the ball. He played a lot of guys last year so they are not exactly void of playing time.

There may be some drop-off but I predict they will still be in the top three in the conference on ppg allowed. If they are not then color me shocked.

"Some dropoff" and "top 3 in ppg allowed" does not compute.

Excluding UGA (10.2 ppg allowed), 3rd place in the conference was 21.7 ppg allowed (kentucky).
2nd place was Bama (20.1 ppg allowed).
1st was a&m at 15.9 ppg allowed.

Going from 10ppg to 20ppg is more than some dropoff.

Slight rebuild or contend again?

Contend again. expect at worst 11-1 and lean towards finishing at 12-0. Alabama should beat us in the SECCG, and after that either go to the playoffs or a NY6 bowl game.

The defense will take a small step back and the offense should take a step forward.

You do understand there is a difference between an offense and a passing offense, right?

Georgia in a thread title is like a bat signal to Smokeyone.

Why did you pose the question in the first place if you thought you knew the answer, you stupid motherfricker? Don't you have some mustard bottles to throw. Fans of real programs have things to discuss and don't need your interruptions.

Smokey - what are your expectations for Georgia's offense in terms of YPG, PPG, YPP, national rank, etc? And just Georgia's 2022 season in general?

He won't answer. He predicted we would lose at least 3 games at one time. I offered to ban bet him that we would not lose 3 games through the SECCG. (13 games) He refused to respond.

Personally? I think he is a closeted Georgia fan. He spends more time in Georgia threads than he does in Tennessee threads.

well that's simply not true at all. The only reason we made it last year is because we were the unquestioned unanimous #1 team, so we weren't dropping from 1 to 5 unless there were other teams with better resumes. Thsi year we will not be #1, and could very well be #3 if bama/osu remain undefeated.

An SEC squad with 1 loss has made the playoff every year, which is a fact. The rest of your rant is strictly opinion based. You have no idea if you’ll be #1 or not. And you have no idea how anything will shape out. I DO have the idea from previous seasons that a 1 loss SEC team has made it every year, the SEC holds more weight from the committee than any other conference, and keeping the defending national champs from the best conference in the country out after they go 12-1 is not happening.

Smokey, again, as you clearly have opinions on this Georgia offense - what are your expectations for Georgia's offense in terms of YPG, PPG, YPP, national rank, etc? And just Georgia's 2022 season in general?

Cincinnati would have been a lock. The choice would have been 12-1 Georgia who wasn't a conference champ and looked like they didn't belong in the SECCG or 12-1 Oklahoma State who won the Big 12 but was clearly inferior to Georgia based on the eye test.

Uga was the lock. #4 spot between Cincy and okie state.

Sorry I don’t stalk your posts. You want to do a ban bet on 3 total loses for the upcoming season?

Sun 250 yards per game, ranked 5-10, 11-1 regular season, lose the SEC title game, and lose in the post season.

Overall a rebuilding year with too many questions to be overly confident, especially at the skill positions.

Dude thinks 40 ppg is bad for an O and 10 YPP is bad for passing, so this should be interesting once he finally transitions and grows some balls.
