That was a clusterfrick, but it was 100% on the play-calling and not using the timeout
If you wanted to score why didn’t you pass the ball?
Monken has complete control of the offense. I think he and Kirby were on different pages. Kirby assumed a deep shot would taken, and then use the TO to set up the FG. Instead, we burned clock and went to the locker room.
