Also our offense has been unwatchable for 9 years. When the offense is unwatchable, the game isn't nearly as enjoyable. When the game stops being enjoyable, fewer people keep watching. Christ Jim McElwain even took the fun out of special teams.

I've sat through countless games over the last 9 years waiting for us to turn the corner. After the first quarter, at halftime, over a bye week, between two games. Still waiting and still watching. But fewer people are watching now. Sad but true.

Plus Tennessee sucks. If Tennessee were ranked and more fans thought we had a chance to get an upset on the road, we would have sold more of our allotment. But this a shite game between two shite teams.

We've been going for as many international kids as possible, and pushing for stronger academic rankings.

Maybe in graduate students, that is fairly common, but as far as undergraduate students UF is still overwhelmingly in-state. 95% of undergrads come from the state of Florida.

As to the tickets, every SEC school to visit UF has returned thousand of tickets the last several years. This is par for the course in today's college football world.

This isn't UK or Missouri.

You're right. Those two programs actually win SEC games.

That crowd will feature the smallest number of Gator fans since divisional play started, as the Gators returned thousands of tickets.

Why? Is going to be too cool for board shorts and gold chains in Knoxville?

Preaching to the choir brother. It makes a huge difference. While LSU's game this weekend is against an in-state school I was still surprised it was the first sellout since 2016 and not against an SEC school.

Ever since last weekend's game there is a new energy around the program. Granted, it's a small sample size. But we at least saw a pulse out of the offense and people are excited again.

I do hate to see both UT and Florida down. In their prime, that was an epic matchup - but as you mentioned this one is way less exciting.

The one that really stumps me is the lack of fan support for baseball. Yall won the national championship last year and still have a ton of empty seats at the ballpark. I know baseball will never be as popular as football, but we are in the south so I figured your team would have a bit more fan support.

I do get the part about international students though. Catch 22 - getting those students helps improve the academic standing but those students couldn't care less about traditional sports. Now if you guys had a cricket team...

Well your sponsor, Kroger, did announce that they're going to stop using plastic bags and go back to paper so I suppose you'd know.

I was alluding to this...

For perspective, Tennessee fans used approximately 3,700 of the 8,500 allotment last year at The Swamp.

We have a big road game next week against a quality opponent.
I am going to Starkville instead of Knoxville, let that sink in as to how irreverent UT is! 12 of 13
