Why are you suggesting y’all had more than one decent WR?

Against Ole Miss?

Alabama had two 100+ yard receivers and another that broke 75.

LSU didn't have another receiver break 65.

If Alabama had played Ole Miss post-Waddle, they'd have had two 150+ yard receivers instead.

So he’s got more yards but less TDs per catch? Yards or points, remind me again which one wins games.

I’ll hang up and listen

Why would Bama fans care where Smith is from? Saban has been poaching the best players from that swamp filled wasteland since he came to UA. Seems like you guys would be more embarrassed that they'd rather play for Bama and stomp LSU than waste their time in Baton Rouge.

Yet, LSU has won multiple SEC and national championships during that time and had the best CFB season ever last year. Apparently, Saban hasn't actually poached the best players from Louisiana. You knew that, though.

3 shutouts vs LSU, one for a national championship while winning 9 out of the last 10 matchups paints a very different picture.

LOL, LSU needed a transfer from Ohio State to have their "greatest season ever".

Makes you wonder why LSU can't build their own QBs.

Bama accomplished that by recruiting well from all over. Sorry to ruin your "picture."

Certainly not, but it's not to say he hasn't gotten "his" from that state. I think both sides make to big of a deal out of 1 or 2 high rated kids each year.

The OM game is the sole reason for boutte’s stats

He had over 100 yards against Alabama and Florida. That's like saying the only reason Smith had the numbers he did the last 3 games were because of his 230 yards against LSU.

I think it's pretty silly to act like what he did stepping in for Marshall wasn't really impressive, especially for a true freshman with another true freshman throwing him passes. He was the #2 WR nationally coming out of high school and a 5 star a year ago. It's not like he was some nobody scrub that accidentally had some fluke game out of nowhere. He was supposed to be the next big receiver for us when he was signed, just didn't expect to need him to be that guy so soon, but such is 2020 and I'm glad he got the experience sooner than he was expected to, should be beneficial moving forward.

lol, no.

The boy can’t even hold onto the ball when he’s crossing the goal line. I think he’s got a weak ulnar nerve.
