It just seems right and fitting. I just am not sure they belong. Texas and the SEC champ both deserve the playoff. B1G champ, PAC champ (probably Oregon - but maybe Washington).

I feel FSU will be outmatched in the playoff (especially w/o Travis).

I hate that I have to be a cheerleader tomorrow, but I’ll do it. Go Gators!

FSU would be undefeated, how are they in? Who’s out?

FSU will win out, and the steers will be crying that it isn’t fair when they get shunned for Oregon and the Heisman winner, Nix

I wish that were the case, but not sure how you can say that. I think the committee will do their best to find us a way, but if things don’t break a certain way it’s easy to see us sitting at 5.

Crying? No.

We lost any possible argument over an undefeated in Dallas.

Whatever happens, happens. And I’m good with that.

I don't see it unless FSU and/or Oregon lose.

I could see the committee doing something unprecedented like leaving out an undefeated team in the final installment of the current four team model. I don’t think they’re would be much push back either if FSU squeaks by Florida & Louisville. They weren’t all that impressive with Travis.

One of the main criteria when picking between teams with the same record is results against common opponent(s).

Oregon 38
Texas Tech 30

Texas 57
Texas Tech 7
