You’ll get a hell of a recruiter, his on field coaching is terrible if you’ve seen his running backs the past seasons. With that said I would hate to lose him, but if he wants to be an on the field coach he can hit the road!

Are we gonna act like running back coaches actually do anything other than recruit and motivate?

I don’t know what kind of RB coaches you’re accustomed to at Ole Miss, but at real programs they do a lot of on the field work. Footwork, Gapwork, Visionwork, Ball security techniques. That was up there with the dumbest.

Frank is Brad Davis. Meaning, Frank is around because people like Frank. Donkey nuts as a coach though, has been forever, and no one knows this better than we do.

I'd make him associate head coach to get his recruiting access to New Orleans and give him an on the field coaching position

You do know Kiffen was going to Florida until Strickland put parameters in place that Kiffen didn't want...you might want to send him a charcuterie board...
Weiss coming is part of backdoor deals to cool down the animosity between the schools and help clean up Kiffen image to recruits with the way he left.( It's not that he left I get that but you don't make threats and try to destroy a playoff team in the process). your benefitting from him letting Weiss come back with recruiting Kiffen looks less like a complete prick ie Brian Kelly... hell LSU is paying Kiffen for us for our playoff wins to get him to calm down ...this benefits both schools
