0% chance of this if King is out for an extended period. That backup QB of theirs ain't it.

ESPN will never use the numbers you are giving in reference to their FPI projections. If you ask nicely, perhaps I'll show you the actual projected conf records too!

I don’t blame you for posting this blather under your alter account MetryMauler.

#insecureLSU fans ladies and gentlemen. Where the backups are always clearly better.

This just isn't going to happen. They are going to win 3-4 SEC games.

Lots of parity in the west. Gonna be physical, beating 1 another up weekly battles.
2 weeks in, overall regular season records, I'll predict
BAMA 11-1
Ole Miss 10-2
Arkansas 9-3
Auburn 7-5
Mississippi State 7-5
Texas A&M 6-6 (due to Qb weakness)
LSU 4-8 (penthouse to outhouse)

This board is hung up on Auburn. Schedule is what it is, Auburn handled the teams as you'd expect, unlike a say Malazan team or FSU.

Aggy too high. I'd say #2 with King, but we're 5-6 in the West with Calzada.

I didn't watch yall Saturday, but is he really that bad?

Also I'd be so fricking embarrassed if LSU goes 3-9. With that talent, they should never be that bad. I would guess 5-6 wins though.

Yeah. Missed reads and bad timing because he doesn't get many reps with the 1's. He improved slightly as the game progressed and had a couple of clutch throws late, including the game-winner to Spiller on a wheel route that was placed perfectly.

This place will be fun if that actually comes to pass. I don't see it though. They have too much talent not to stumble into at least one conference win. Then again, so did 2012 Auburn.

Our only shot is MS State. And it’s not a great shot either.

I like it but too early to tell.

LSU has really stumbled out of the gate but they do have quite a bit of talent to burn. Auburn has looked great but they've played two teams that some High School squads could whip.

If Arkansas goes 7-5, with this schedule, than hand the Coach of the Year trophy to Pittman.

I agree that this is a huge point to make. So many teams might take lesser teams for granted and come away with a close win or getting upset. But Auburn went in there prepared and looked just like they should look. They have now gained a certain amount of confidence, and if they can beat Penn State Auburn could go on to a very good year.

With your problems at safety MState might be a bad match up with LSU. It will be an interesting game, but I do agree with a lot of other posters. LSU has so much talent, I think they will win at least 6. Don't pin me down on which 6 though.
