I remember Fournette destroying some poor soul from Ole Miss as well.

But yeah, those spectacular highlights weren't really indicative of his college career or his pro career (thus far at least).

Y'all must not watch Jacksonville Jaguar football. The oline they have there is hot garbage. Not to mention, Buga has never played with a good QB under center in his whole football career.

Put him with the Saints, Packers, Cardinals, or even the Texans with Deshaun Watson, and you'll a whole different RB. He'll be signed with someone before week 1.

This thread reads like a whole lot of sour grapes.either that or a troll thread. I'm going to guess the later. Essentially Bama and Auburn fans are calling this guy a bust in the NFL.

This is completely subjective but to me I would say guys like Manziel and Trent Richardson are Ultimate busts. But I guess according to this website Fornette is in the same category. Interesting company.

If Fornette is done and never plays another down like a true bust I'll be very surprised. But ya know if you read it on here it must be true!

So you actually think no NFL team is going to sign him ???

no because if they did they would owe him 4.17 million dollars. see most rookie contracts have a signing bonus and that's the actual guaranteed money you always here about, but their actual in season salary is the league minimum for four years.

a fourth year player still in their rookie contract makes about 800k. if some team could sign him for that they'd be lined up. unfortunately for leonard if the jags passed on a 5th year extension then the jags guaranteed him a fourth year salary of 4.17 million and now every other nfl team would owe him the same amount if they sign him.

he might get a shot in 2021 when he moves to free agent status.

No. He was talking about the past, so I brought up a post about the past also. Since you Things live in the fricking past...
And no, CFB did not start in 2000.

""""""""""""""""" B E F O R E """""""""""""""""
the year 2000, LSU was #12 all-time nationally in CFB victories (which they still are), and #8 in bowl appearances.
B E F O R E the year 2000.

ESPN

Has a quote from Marrone that it was strictly an “on-field decision” to waive Fournette next to a graph that he accounted for 30% of their offensive yardage in 2019, lol.

Also, take a look at some of the other names on that graph...
McCaffrey- 43.7%
Chubb- 32.7%
Fournette- 30.6%
Henry- 30.1%

Not saying LF>Henry but I would have expected the percentage to be higher given he probably accounted for 55% of their yardage in the playoffs last year

LOL Wut?

Richardson never had a 1,000yard season

Fournette had 2 out of 3 1,000+ yard seasons.

Fournette had 1,700yards total last season.

Jacksonville had a chance to draft a more versatile, complete, durable back in McCaffrey but took the non dedicated bust instead.

Leonard Fournette: 1300 total yards in 2 of 3 seasons

Queen Henry: 1300 total yards in 1 of 4 seasons

Don’t let this upset you!
