Do you have a favorite pro team? If so, have you ever gone to one of their games, or even visit the town they represent? I think it is like that.

I think its like that too. Solid work.

Depends on the story

Lots of old folks in KY who fit that because they knew Bear at UK. Became fans of TAMU and Bama because of this connection.

how is it that you can get so torqued up about a team? I don't think I'd have near the interest in SEC football if I hadn't actually attended the school and received a degree from there.

My son didn't go to Arkansas but I still cheer for his team and he still loves the Razorbacks. Just glad he didn't go to Texas.

Yeah, I was probably way more passionate about LSU when I was a little kid sitting with my dad in the south end zone.

I hardly ever "Tiger Bait" anyone these days. I can throw the piss balloons much farther now though.

I agree with this. The passion is still there, but going to school at UGA seemed to chill me out in regards to tomfoolery around the games. Maturity might have something to do with it, but I refuse to believe that's a thing.

Isn't Auburn a Georgia junior college?

Was raised on Georgia football, was an employee of the university of Georgia college of agricultural and environmental science turfgrass program for 8 years but I went to ABAC, was accepted as a junior (not hard to do bc it was a 2.65 Gpa requirement at the time) but half my retard abac credits didn’t transfer so I finished school there. I’d rather be a non alumni Georgian who is a Georgia fan than someone who grew up in Georgia and was an auburn fan or a bandwagon bammer.

My buddy was a die hard auburn fan with auburn alum parents before he went to Georgia. He’s not been an auburn fan in a long time.

I didn't attend Mizzou nor SLU, but I grew up following them since they were the only major D1 programs in the region. Prior to the Rams move to the city, I got my football fix from Mizzou and I lived abt 6 blocks from SLU. It was a no brainer.

I went to college locally which was a satellite of LSU. I often bought student tickets to LSU football games and sat in the student section.

Yeah I smell bullshite. If you went to LSU-Alexandria/Eunice/Shreveport, you would not be able to buy student tickets as if you were a student at LSU. It doesn’t work that way.

OP and AU24 have got to be alters of each other. Every shitty thread started by an AU poster has one of their names attached to it.
