UT was a horrible block in the back call from beating Pitt this season, in their second game under Heupel's system and after starting Milton at QB.

While that area is quite hilly, the photo was taken from a vehicle that was moving at about 75-85 MPH on the highway. That probably played a bigger factor in the lopsidedness of the picture than the actual topography of that area.
