Louisiana’s AG is actually fantastic.
I think most people want both sides to take the temperature down.
LSU has done that now twice while Sankey is amending the SEC’s suit and is moving to consolidate authority to expel LSU.
One side is taking steps to lower the temp and the other side is throwing fuel on the fire.
Sanky is the problem.

The game of chicken of "I don't care if I belong to your organization, I don't like your rules and if I get a court that says I don't have too I won't, but you can't kick me out."
And no, LSU didn't play them but they also didn't just comply and go along with the SEC rule. This has been fought.
It does seem to imply there is info that hasn't made it to the public yet. If there is not, maybe this is where the member institutions decided to take stand.
Only one school and fanbase is kicking and screaming about having to follow the rules right now for some reason
