Prove that.
Proof is not required for the vote, it's not a criminal court case.

Believe it or not, yes I care about this conference as it is compared to other conferences.
This is not the levelheaded leadership this conference needs.

It's ok, you can admit it. There is nothing illegal about it. Jurisdiction was never in question.

That’s an emotional reaction. But if you look at it objectively, you would realize that nobody outside of BR trusts Kiffin’s arse.

LSU fans on this forum have spent the past few weeks throwing up what Lane and LSU was doing in the faces of everyone else. Talking about how they can't be stopped and how Kiffin was dragging their nuts all over Sankeys face. Topic after topic LSU fans bragged about this behavior. Kiffin was a genius and on and on.
And everyone knew that's what was going on.
Now it gets to the president's vote, and you expect them to have some kind of smoking gun proof? To acknowledge something, you and every other fan have said was true for the past month?
And my response is the one that's a piece of shite?
No, LSU fans trying to pretend like shite didn't happen is the piece of shite response.

You didn't answer the question; you only mentioned that trade and business happens.
How are they restraining trade?

I think this is about one of the only things I've thought the SEC did that was right in recent history.
I'm glad they are finally making a stand instead of just watching the sport get rapped until nothing remains.

So, your stance is that LSU fans talking smack on the Internet is proof that LSU was invovled in wrongdoing.
I worry about you.

So your position is one of vindication based off what LSU fans have said on a message board instead of acknowledging the damage this does to the conference.

But all I can tell you is that that judge in Baton Rouge put the entire conference at risk. Either bleed a slow death, piece by piece, where everything is challenged and local judges decide in favor of the schools…
How does that court case differ from any other court case? How did it put the entire conference at risk? Why is it a BR judge and not the MS judge that ruled for Chambliss or TX judge that granted Hutson eligibility or TN judge that said Pavia's JUCO year didn't count? Selective tunnel vision you have there.

Randomly vote out a good standing member, with no supporting documents and see how that goes when the lawsuits start flying.
You really are a fricking idiot

It just goes to show everyone knows it's true, including your own fanbase.
Kiffin was doing interviews talking about "If we don't do it, someone else will".
And then you expect the presidents of the schools to just pretend it didn't happen without evidence presentable in a criminal court case?

Ok, what are you going to sue for?

Do you understand how many people are involved in the programs now? How much money is involved?
Every one of them would bring a lawsuit against the SEC.
