He just listed the guys back.

We don't have Shaffer (backup LG). That should be the only player who has been healthy since week 1 that will most likely miss.

Funnily when UF fans point out that UF was missing its top 3 secondary players against UGA last year, UGA fans said get more depth

Okay, so tell us. Do injuries matter or not? You can make the call.

Seems you are arguing just the opposite.

Yea I heard Cager was back any of the other guys?

Jordan Davis (NT) & Kindley (LG) getting fully healthy will be a big deal for us. Both those guys are difference makers on the LOS as we struggled big time with them out. Getting our tFR DL Travon Walker back will help as he is our most athletic / explosive DL player.

Might get Campbell (CB) back from turf toe - hes our most athletic corner. The main advantage to getting him back would mean Divaad Wilson wouldn't get as many snaps - he's been beaten on some deep balls. I was expecting more from Wilson this year but he has struggled at times.

Win or lose, you'll be getting an almost fully healthy UGA squad so no injury excuses on our end.

I took a look at one specific matchup yesterday with UFs offense vs UGAs defense.

I said nothing but good things about UGAs defense in that thread and simply pointed out the competition that UGA has faced thus far probably isn’t as good as Uf.

You guys are so sensitive. If someone isn’t sucking UGA off in a thread, they are terrible posters.

Bama won the national title in 2017 while most of their LB core was injured. Ohio St won a title with their 3rd string QB.
Injuries don't come close to explaining the problems we've had in the passing game. Jake is on pace to throw 15 tds over the 12 game regular season, that is pathetic. This is a coaching problem and Kirby had better get his head out of his arse and stop blaming players.

I mean of course we have bias, we are fans. Doesn't mean the statements are incorrect.

Do you actually feel UK playing a WR at QB makes no difference when UGA's biggest team strength is their run defense?

Do you actually feel you hold USCe to under 20 with Hilinski in the game considering he was doing quite well?

Do you actually feel ND is an elite team?

I think Georgia has a very good defense, but it's hard to determine how good from the last two games with there were some very real factors hurting the other team.

Neither team can use injuries as an excuse in this game(unless Fromm gets hurt I think that is a fair excuse).

We are 2nd in the conference in TD conversion in the red zone.

I know you want to us to use the run and shoot.

But 1) we dont run that many plays. Our offense shortens the game. Other teams arent scoring either against us (shortening the game and holding the ball affects both offenses).

2) we score running the ball. Wgas if it is a pass or run when we convert? You want successful plays, dont you? So do i.

3) playcalling cant change our WR/TE personnel. We are riding these guys whether you like it or not. Bama/LSU isnt going to loan their studs.

I dont care if Fromm throws another TD pass this season if we win.

I doubt you'll ever see anything like that again. Every situation has outliers. To point out a single instance does not make something a norm.

Can you name another team that has ever won a NC with their 3rd string QB?

And I think most of Alabama's LB's were back for the final run to the title.

Depth will always be a problem. Check out what is happening to Alabama this year. Another run of injuries and while they are undefeated, they are not looking quite like the "old" Alabama. We can numerous teams that have struggled and fallen out of contention due to injuries. Auburn for one and there a plenty of other examples.

Seems odd to mention schedule comparison. I mean, the one glaring team that Florida has played that separates the two would be LSU, and LSU beat you by 14.

We beat Kentucky a lot worse than y'all and Tennessee was comparable. Auburn matches up with Notre Dame pretty evenly. Obviously we had a let down game against South Carolina, but it's not like y'all beat them badly, either.

Not really. But when you guys are trolling don't be surprised to be called out for it. I mean, when so many Georgia fans were trolling Florida this past Summer, didn't y'all call them out for it?

Or maybe it is Florida fans who are sensitive?

I'm just more concerned with getting our guys back that had been injured or dinged up.Kindley says he's 100% at LG and Cleveland should good to go at RG Hopefully Caget and Kearis Jackson are ready to go at WR and slot and CB Tyson Campbell is 100%

I'm not all that concerned about Zuniga and Greenard coming back...both our OT's are more than capable of protecting Fromm.Just can't get our WR's jammed at the LOS and I hope to God we have some new wrinkles in the offense and go hurry up on your defense.

Toney coming back is a much bigger concern IMO.He's an explosive/ game breaker type that you can't sleep on.

Key to this game is how well Florida can stop the run. I’m rooting for Florida but doubt they can for 4 quarters and UGA pulls away late.

I'm more worried about containing the run game with Zuniga and Greenard than the pass rush. I'll settle for not getting a ton of pressure if they can hold the edge and not let Swift get outside a lot. I think we are all excited about Toney. Hoping he is a strong X factor. I imagine it's hard to defend him in the slot with Jefferson outside and Pitts at TE as well. So hopefully Dan will scheme to get bad match ups for Georgia and create some explosive plays.

I did see USCe start to get some pressure on Fromm so I'm hoping Greenard and Zuniga can do the same.

A lot of their pressure came up the middle because Javon Kinlaw stole Trey Hill's lunch money for four quarters.

True. We don't have a great DT sadly. Greenard is a monster though I think he can get on most tackles a time or two which is all it takes to get a key sack. I feel like we need to do like we did vs Auburn though. Keep everything inside the hashes as much as possible. Not sure how with how good your run game is...but think we have to do it.

I also think Cager being healthy Georgia should go deep early and often. Force us to make a play. Cager is a very good receiver for sure so it will be fun watching him vs Henderson(Henderson better be on him all game).

SC also stunted a good deal with Kinlaw.Wilson just flat out whiffed on em on the pic 6.

Yes, I tend to agree.

Just someting about " 1st down and 9.144 meters " that really rankles me.

Cager is the tallest midget in that receiver room. He ain’t nice like that. Our 7 best receivers would be their #1

Maybe you should make a slanderous thread about him.

Cager is the best wide receiver in the country in contested targets. But yeah he sucks.
