Yes counting the outfield, it is 15K+.
Record crowd, I think is 15,500 and some change.
Actual grandstand seats/bleachers are about 7200, I think.

No way is that the actual butts in seats actual attendance number. That's paid attendance but we boycotted the helloutta Holbrook this season. And I know of a lot of long time season ticket holders, including myself, who will not renew if Holbrook is retained ... although he is almost assuredly going to be retained.
Founder's Park has been 80% empty most of the second half of this season.

It is a smaller park. In general, most sports need high season ticket sales to keep attendance up so on a Tuesday night when you play northwestern state tech CC you still sell a bunch of tickets. I'd say lack of success in previous years = not a ton of season tickets = 75% capacity
