Thanks for mentioning that and not our playoff matchup. (Ugh)

Rice Stadium in Houston. Saw Pink Floyd there in 1994. Always went to see the Ags play Rice back in the SWC days.

JFK made his going to the moon speech there.

Little known fact that Rice Stadium hosted the Super Bowl in 1974.

Very underrated. And the Valley is a perfect area to stay for a few days in the fall.

Been to the Big House a lot ... as many times as to Vaught Hemingway.

The Big House is pretty damn cool.

The Rock at USM. A great stadium for the fans. Only seats about 36K but not a bad seat in the house.

And I saw State play UMASS At Gillette Stadium in Foxboro in 2016. That is a first class facility and easily the best stadium I have ever watched a football game in. Period. Exclamation point!

I have an unlikely candidate... Stewart Stadium (Weber St.) in Ogden UT. Very nice little stadium, capacity about 17k or so. Beautiful views. From the top row by the press box, you can also see the Great Salt Lake in the distance.

“The Cotton Bowl in Dallas at Fair Park, the original home of the Dallas Cowboys.”

Agreed. Went in 05 when Bama played TT and before the renovation. All the history there came to mind. Don Meredith, Bob Hayes, the chicken soup game, chuck fairbanks, Barry switzer, Darrell Royal,.. great place to watch a football game.

Backyard Brawl, WVa vs Pitt. That was the first time I had ever seen a WVa home game. Neat walking up the hill, then seeing the stadium. Atmosphere was lit, you can tell this is a rivalry. Got free beer and food from strangers tailgating on the way back to the car.

I spent a week in Montana last Fall and got to tour MSU’s facilities. Beautiful views around campus and at the stadium.I enjoyed meeting the women’s volleyball team. First time I have been around so many girls that were taller than me and I’m 6’1.

x2 on Husky Stadium. That combination of the Puget Sound on one side and Mt. Ranier on the other is unrivaled.

The stadium itself is kind of funky and small but the atmosphere is unrivaled.

Soldier Field, mostly because of the history. So many great games and players there. Last time was November 2022, Miami vs Bears (same weekend LSU beat Bama). Got to see Tua as a pro. Chicago fans are serious about their pro sports. Great environment, even though I’m not crazy about the remodel. They left the old columns out front, otherwise it’s not recognizable.
